Review : The ending of Book 1 was abrupt, yet perfect, but it left me wondering about Mia, how she would cope up with the death of her family.

The author brilliantly twisted the fate and as I read, I started hating Mia and felt sympathy for Adam. Why did Mia walk away? What pushed her away from the love which felt so true.

Through Adam, the author has brought out a touching portrayal of one who goes through heartbreak and grief, especially when you do not understand the Why?

Adam is clueless why Mia pushed him away? He goes through depression, shuts even Music from his life, till one day a visit from old friend makes him vomit his feelings as songs that break all the records. Yet, nothing can make him feel complete. That’s the thing with true love. It leaves a void which no one can fill.

Does Adam gets his answers? Does Mia still feel that pull of love? Are they finally able to forgive each other?

Almost everyone in life goes through that kind of love which just leaves you numb when it’s over. It could be the death of a spouse, the children getting busy with their lives, sometimes marriage getting rocky even though you know each other in and out just like Mia and Adam. If years after you cross the path, do you give each other a chance. May be yes, when the tug is so strong.
